Billing
Monthly only. USD denominated. Charged on the calendar day of your initial subscription each month. No annual plans, no prepay discounts.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime, from within your account or by contacting Kai. No notice period, no exit fees, no phone calls required. Your subscription runs through the end of the current billing cycle, then stops.
Refunds
No refunds. Umbra is a software product sold on a monthly basis — if it's not for you, cancellation stops future billing. Already-paid months are not refunded. This is stated up-front so there are no surprises.
Subscription lapse
Failed payments trigger a 48-hour grace period during which your licence remains fully active. After 48 hours, the licence goes inactive and the Expert Advisors stop taking new trades. Open positions continue to resolve normally until closed. Re-subscribing restores the licence immediately.
Founders rate
Held while your subscription remains active. If you cancel, the Founders rate is forfeited — future subscriptions are at the standard tier. No reinstatement, no grandfathering after cancellation.
Accounts included
One licensed MT5 install per subscription. Run it on any compatible broker, demo or live, your machine or a VPS. Running the install on accounts you do not personally own, or sharing your licence, breaches terms.
Sharing & reselling
Strictly prohibited. Licences are bound to the subscriber. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, reverse-engineering, or running your installs on accounts you do not personally own constitutes a breach of terms and results in immediate licence revocation without refund.
Support
Direct email and Telegram support through Kai. 24-hour response commitment on every enquiry, seven days a week. Setup questions, operational questions, troubleshooting — all covered. Financial advice, account recommendations, and trade coaching are not.
Trials & demos
Not offered. Umbra does not run free trials or demo accounts. The live MyFXBook track record is the evaluation tool — verified, continuous, real-money performance that any prospective buyer can inspect before subscribing.
Broker Compatibility
Any MetaTrader 5 broker that allows hedging.

Umbra runs on any MT5 broker that permits hedging (that is, opening opposing long and short positions on the same instrument within the same account). Hedging is required for HYDRA's defence layers to function.

Any reputable, regulated MT5 broker that allows hedging is compatible. Verify hedging is enabled before funding; if in doubt, contact Kai for confirmation.

What people ask before they subscribe.

What capital should I start with?
$3,000 USD minimum, $5,000 recommended, $50,000 hard cap per licensed account. Lot sizing is balance-proportional, so smaller accounts under-trade. The sweet spot is $5,000–$10,000 — enough for the engine to size properly, small enough that the 25% drawdown ceiling remains meaningful. Above $50K, open a second licensed account; the engine is calibrated against per-account exposure.
Do I need trading experience?
You need a MetaTrader 5 account with a broker that allows hedging, and basic familiarity with attaching an Expert Advisor to a chart. No chart reading, no signal interpretation, no judgement calls. Onboarding walks you through installation on day one.
When are new product features added?
Updates ship continuously while your subscription is active — engine improvements, defence-layer refinements, panel updates. All within the Umbra Trading System product line. No additional fees, no upsells, no "premium" tier.
What happens when my payment fails?
Stripe retries failed payments automatically. During retry and for 48 hours after final failure, your licence remains fully active. After that, the licence goes inactive — the EAs stop opening new trades, but any open positions continue to resolve normally. Updating your payment method restores the licence immediately.
Can I run Umbra on multiple accounts?
Your subscription includes one licensed install. Running it on accounts you do not personally own, or sharing your licence, is a breach of terms and triggers licence revocation. If you need additional seats, additional subscriptions can be arranged — contact Kai.
I cancelled. Can I get my Founders rate back?
No. Founders pricing is a benefit of continuous subscription — when you cancel, the benefit ends. Re-subscribing is possible at any time, but at the standard $299/month rate. This rule is consistent for all Founders subscribers without exception.

No. Umbra is a software tool. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Automated trading involves risk and is not suitable for capital you cannot afford to lose.
